Terms of Use and Support — Screw Puzzle: Workshop

These terms apply to Screw Puzzle: Workshop, provided by Questar Games LLC. They apply together with the applicable app store terms and your mandatory consumer rights. Contact info@questar.games if you need help or have questions.

Using the Game

You may install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable store licence. The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, use the Game with the permission and supervision required by the laws where you live.

Do not misuse the Game, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or distribute its code or artwork without permission. This does not restrict rights that applicable law or the licences of included open-source components grant you. Credits and component licences are available in Settings.

Gameplay, coins and local progress

Play layered screw puzzles in Timed or Relaxed mode. Choose a screw, move it to an available hole, and clear the planks. Optional tools can create a hole, remove a screw, break a plank or pause the timer. Wins and daily gifts earn coins that can be spent on tools. Coins are not purchased and have no cash value; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Progress, coins, tools, styles and settings are saved locally. The Game has no account or cloud-progress service. Uninstalling, clearing app data, changing devices or a storage failure can lose these balances. Store purchase restoration does not recover local progress, tools or coins. Keep this in mind before reinstalling to troubleshoot.

Advertising

The Game contains menu banners, between-level advertisements and optional rewarded videos, subject to availability and privacy choices. An optional video grants its displayed reward only after the advertising service confirms completion. An unavailable or closed video does not guarantee a reward. Core puzzles are playable offline; ads and purchases require a connection. See the Privacy Policy for advertising and data practices.

Optional iOS purchases

Android has no in-app purchases. iOS offers two separate non-consumable, one-time purchases:

• Remove Ads: removes menu banners and automatic between-level ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available.

• Unlimited Mode: removes those same forced ads and multiplies the coins from future wins by five. It does not provide unlimited tools, unlock every level, multiply daily gifts or award coins retrospectively.

Prices are shown by the App Store before purchase. Apple handles payment, purchase authorization and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Unlimited Mode includes the forced-ad removal benefit; buying it after Remove Ads is a separate purchase at its displayed price, without an automatic upgrade credit. You do not need to buy Remove Ads after owning Unlimited Mode.

Use Restore Purchases in Settings or Shop while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoration recovers eligible permanent purchase benefits, not the local coin or tool balance. Refunded or revoked purchases may no longer provide their benefits. No subscription or recurring payment is offered.

Updates and availability

We may update puzzles, balance, presentation or services to maintain and improve the Game. Network features depend on third-party availability. We aim to keep the Game working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, refunds or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Support and troubleshooting

Email info@questar.games with the subject “Screw Puzzle: Workshop support.” Include your Android or iOS version, game version, device model, affected level and a short description. A screenshot can help. Please remove personal information and do not send passwords or full payment details.

• Stuck puzzle: try Relaxed mode, restart the board or use an available optional tool.

• No reward video: check your connection and try later; ad availability is not guaranteed.

• Missing iOS purchase: check the Apple Account and use Restore Purchases. If the issue remains, contact us with the product name and relevant order reference.

• Crashes or lost progress: contact us before reinstalling or clearing app data, which may erase local saves.

• Privacy requests: use Settings → Ad privacy choices or email us as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may revise these terms. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated as required. You can stop using the Game by uninstalling it, subject to the local-save consequences described above.
