The short version

Party Toolbox works fully offline. Everything you create in the app — players, teams, presets, scores and settings — stays on your device. Questar Games does not run any servers for this app, does not collect your personal information, and never receives your data. There are no user accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

The only time anything leaves your device is when you choose to buy or restore the optional "Premium" unlock, which is handled entirely by the Apple App Store — we never see your payment details.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the Party Toolbox mobile application (the "App") published by Questar Games ("we", "us", "our") for iOS and Android (app identifier `questar.games.party.game.toolbox`). It explains what the App does — and does not do — with information.

2. Information we do not collect

We have designed Party Toolbox to need as little information as possible. The App does not:

• require an account, sign-up, login, email address, or phone number;

• send any personal information to us or to any server we control (we don't operate one);

• include any analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting, or usage-tracking software;

• show advertising or use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA / Android Advertising ID);

• access your location, contacts, calendar, camera, or photo library;

• record audio or capture microphone input;

• build a profile about you or share, sell, or rent any information about you.

3. Information stored only on your device

To work, the App saves the things you create locally on your device (using the operating system's standard on-device app storage). This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us. It includes:

- Players you add — the names or nicknames you type, and a generated avatar. Avatars are drawn on-device from a random seed (using the open-source DiceBear library) — they are not photos of anyone and contain no personal information. - Groups and teams you create. - Game setup — your saved presets and tool settings. - Game results — in-progress and finished games, scores, history, and per-player win/loss tallies. - App preferences — sound, UI sounds, haptics, keep-screen-awake, reduce-animations, and language. - Your purchase state — a local flag recording whether the Premium unlock is active on this device.

You are always in control of this data. You can remove it at any time:

- delete individual players, groups, or games inside the App; - Settings → Clear game history removes saved games, results, and stats; - Settings → Clear user data performs a full reset (players, groups, presets, history, and the cached Premium unlock); - or simply uninstall the App, which removes all of its on-device data.

4. In-app purchases

Party Toolbox offers one optional, one-time "Premium" unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase, product ID `party.game.toolbox.premium.unlock`). On Android, in-app purchases are not enabled yet ("coming soon").

When you buy or restore Premium on iOS:

- the purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card, billing address, or Apple ID; - whether you own Premium is read directly on your device from your App Store account — there is no Questar Games server and no online receipt validation; - restoring a purchase simply re-checks your App Store account on your device.

5. Device features the App uses

The App uses a few device features purely to function, with no personal data involved:

• Sound — game and interface sound effects, played from sound files bundled inside the App.

• Haptics — light vibration feedback for taps and results.

• Keep screen awake — optionally keeps the screen on during a game so the phone doesn't sleep.

On Android, the App declares the `RECORD_AUDIO`, `MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS`, and foreground-service permissions. These are used by the audio system to play sound, not to record it — the App never captures microphone input.

6. Third-party components

Party Toolbox includes open-source components that are bundled into the App and run on-device; they do not send your information anywhere:

• DiceBear (avatar generation), with the "Lorelei" art style;

• Google Noto Emoji (interface icons);

• Google Fonts (typography).

These are credited inside the App under Settings → Credits & licenses. The only third parties involved in operating the App are Apple and Google, which distribute the App and process in-app purchases under their own privacy policies.

7. Children's privacy

Party Toolbox is a general-audience party-games app and is not directed to children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information and transmits nothing off the device, there is no online collection of information from anyone — children included. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, note that any such data exists only locally on that device and can be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling.

8. Data retention, security, and your rights

- Retention: Because your data lives only on your device, we do not retain anything about you. The data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. - Security: On-device data is protected by your operating system's standard app-sandbox and device security (e.g. your device passcode/biometrics). - Your rights: Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data that a company holds about you. Since we hold no data about you on any server, there is nothing for us to access, export, sell, or delete on our side — you exercise full control directly on your device. We do not sell or share personal information.

9. International users

The App processes data locally on your own device, wherever you are. Questar Games is based in Georgia. This policy is provided in English.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes may also be highlighted in the App or its store listing.
