Terms of Use — Block King: Blast & Cube Crush

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Questar Games ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the mobile game Block King: Blast & Cube Crush (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). By using the Game you represent that you meet the minimum age and have the capacity to accept these Terms.

3. In-app purchases

• The Game offers a one-time, non-consumable "Remove Ads" purchase on supported platforms. Prices are shown in the Game and charged by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• All purchases are processed by the app store, not by us. Payment, billing, and refunds are subject to the app store's terms and policies.

• Restore Purchases: if you reinstall or switch devices using the same store account, you can restore a previous "Remove Ads" purchase from the Game's settings at no additional charge.

• Except where required by law or the app store's policies, purchases are non-refundable.

4. Advertising

Unless you have purchased "Remove Ads", the Game displays advertising provided by third-party ad networks through Unity LevelPlay mediation. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and device settings, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Virtual items

The Game may include virtual items such as gems, scores, and progress. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed to you — not sold. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time. Locally stored progress may be lost if you clear data or uninstall the Game.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or otherwise interfere with the intended operation of the Game;

• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or the app store's terms;

• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game or its assets.

7. Intellectual property

The Game and all associated content, artwork, code, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Questar Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in Section 1, no rights are granted to you. Third-party components are used under their respective licences, which are available in the Game's "Open-source licenses" screen.

8. Availability and updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Game.

9. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questar Games and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Game in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it by uninstalling the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–10 and 12) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Questar Games is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
